WHAT PRICE HAVE YOU EVER PAID FOR YOUR DREAMS

You woke Early. Taken a good chance to bathe, put your best perfume, lotion whatever, you are ready to go to your event. You call Rahab, and she is already in town. You start to hurry up packing your sack of the whole world. It is about to go down. Like the mad women you are, you have planned an event in two weeks, are you even mad???

"Hi girl, where are you?"  You call.

"I am here, there is no one here".

You are late, now a little sweaty and you are even panting. So if no one is around you are definitely in trouble!!!

Your heart sinks a little, and you think yoooow, what's happening?

Of course you know what's happening. It is a no-show day. You think, do we just go on with the meeting the two of us. Do we discuss the entrepreneurship landscape for the upteenth time in our life as we question our sanity?

So you decide, hebu let's go eat to reflect about your life and choices. Few times outst out of event locations and Santa be looking at us thinking, 'How am I part of this madness?'. We have even considering continuing with the session on the stairs as we have sometimes overstretched our time, when other people are to also use the space. And she looks like she could drown us all with her eyes. She is always such an immaculate planner with key to detail.

Thank God for entrepreneur speakers like Sam who have no judgement, shame or fear. I mean part of entrepreneurs is to endure loads of shameful moments. True, entrepreneurship makes you a hustle. Few times do you have to be the lady, you are often on the survival state questioning your sanity. Oh well Minnie is still a lady, she has no claws, and perhaps the one who keeps us grounded and sane. She always keeps us coordinated.

Thank God for Brian and Kaptain Kasi who are gonna keep our heads level and have great balance.

I guess we have stopped going through rounds of shameful situations as we have figured how to act like the Bawses we are. Truly, the journey of 1000 miles, begins with one step. We have managed to establish some consistency with our café  and we have managed to carry our the first business shower ever, and we are trying to get consistent with our newsletter. About the community, aren’t we close to 1000 now J . Check us out https://www.facebook.com/groups/DreamVillageFactory

Tribe,

See what we have done oh. We can't say we are more resilienter than others as being in business itself the true test of resilience, all that have withstood the rain, the sun, the wind are resilient. To survive, to scale is a work of people who take a chance on your madness and own it. Had it not been for the  people who show up, we would have never been in the map, or have anything to be proud of.

Truly, “Once you carry your own water, you will learn the value of every drop.”

Here's to many of us that make it worthwhile to fuel 1000 Dreams and continue to build a culture of support. https://mailchi.mp/2e208a2c4891/the-dream-tribe-village
