#DEMYSTIFYINGENTREPRENEURSHIP: CUSTOMER FROM HELL AND EVIL CUSTOMER SERVICE

So far so bad. A terrible 3 weeks. We have missed the consultancy opportunity because we were at the Airport round the clock, miserable, surrounded by “ingrates”, who at this point hate us, and afraid to say the feeling is starting to be mutual from the team.

The reality of the #ChallengesOfBusiness facing us. And truly we start to miss Yusuf.  Not only are we suffering, we are also short. Following our terrible negotiation, we realize that if we head in to another week, we will be going in to the extreme negative of money we don’t even have. It will not be well with our soul, for the service is likely to get more pitiful.

So my brother advices, it were better to end this deal, than to persist with this obviously sour relationship.

“This is not working”, I told the head. However, due to the excessive inconvenience caused, we cut cost on most days.
Now offered the last two days free, we wait for pay day. So, we think about it with a degree of shame, that maybe we should be patient. After such a shameful encounter we would be mad to have boldness in inquiring for pay immediately.  So I give it a week, then after then I write an email. Three days later unanswered. I do a call. It is also not answered. 10 calls later, no answer. At this point I am also starting to wonder whether Armageddon has reached. What on earth is happing?

Two weeks laters, same old, don’t pick, don’t answer, and I am thinking, yoooooow, we have just been conned??? Is it possible that there are some parties who don’t enjoy to pay after consumption? Turning the entire payment event in to a ceremony. And I kept wondering why wouldn’t anyone enjoy such a noble action, such as the experience of paying for what you have used. Any way still calm at this moment. But my team is driving me crazy, needing their pay, and I am here playing calm.

So my mother intervened, and I hear her say, “You know Esther is calm, she may not know how to ask for money. But these children have worked hard.”

“Children????” Which children? I had worked too hard as a business person to have my mum refer to me as “Children,”So I took it upon self. I was going to stomp in to that office myself. #Entrepreneurship
