After having the “grand opportunity” slip away and I accept, I will not be going to Nigeria, andwill also not be meeting Oprah, I start to revisit my business. It was key to create a system, so that we don’t just get lucky, we have a plan.

So, on this day at 4:00 in the AM, I got an epiphany. What if we had a network, acommunity of people in Business and Marketers. Then we would share networksand more links to markets. That way, entrepreneurs would always have a tribe to belong.

Mimi nani, I start to draft the Idea,immediately. I called it the Network. It was going to be everything I wished I had as an entrepreneur. It was going to hold end of year parties just for us. It was going to the home and the community that I had always wished for. It is why I was always going back to employment, so as to be part of a community. My mum suggested, why don’t you start with one sector.

So back to my experience, I was in the creative economy as a performer and also a producer, so I birthed Empire Content network. It worked, it was more than amazingJ.

It was a chance for all of us to participate in something bigger than ourselves. To see teams do wonders. It was like fuellingeverybody’s Dreams through collaboration. It was a Tribe of Dreamers that would fuel each others Dreams. It was going to validate 1000 Dreams in time.

The question of how, is what we would later find out, but just then, the Dream had been born. It was going to be the beginning of doing high impact work. For the first time, I believe I had discovered gold, but it wasn’t until I had shared it with everyone, would I actually finally accept, this was not bad at all.

It was going to be a win win for ALL, through synergy. #Entrepreneurship
